2025 Sustainability Report

This Sustainability Report constitutes Fiera Capital’s sustainability-and climate-related voluntary disclosures and provides updates on Fiera Capital’s sustainable investing practices as well as our corporate sustainability strategy for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

Our climate-related disclosures, which were in previous years addressed in a standalone TCFD-aligned climate report, are now fully integrated into this comprehensive Sustainability Report. This integrated approach is consistent with market developments, in particular the move towards a global baseline of sustainability disclosure and the migration of climate-related disclosures standard-setting from the TCFD to the ISSB/CSSB.

In this Sustainability Report, references to “Fiera Capital”, the “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Fiera Capital Corporation and include, as the context requires, its subsidiaries.

This Sustainability Report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, and all dollar amounts referenced herein, unless otherwise indicated, are expressed in Canadian dollars. All information in this report is given as of December 31, 2025, unless otherwise indicated.
