Sophie Mayrand is a member of the Institutional Markets team and is responsible for client servicing and business development activities for institutional clients across equity strategies.

Sophie has more than 25 years of industry experience. She previously held roles of portfolio manager and strategist (equity and currencies), as well as business development at large global asset managers. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Sophie was responsible for the due diligence, monitoring and marketing of external managers on a financial platform.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HEC with a major in Finance, and a Masters in Finance (MSc) from the University of Sherbrooke. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
